Xanax Urine Test At Dr Office

My dr has a release form that has to be signed if prescribed narcotics mine is xanax

I signed it and when I went to leave they asked for a urine test I have been taking this for years, r they just checking to make sure I am taking the Xanax or will they check for other drugs???
