Xanax Doctors In Louisiana

Please help me. I am in need of a doctor in or near Mandeville Louisiana who will put me back on Xanax. I was on it for four years till I lost my insurance. I am now back on my insurance through amerigroup and need help finding a physician who will put me back on Xanax and cover my visit and prescription with my current insurance provider, which again is Amerigroup. If anyone can help me please let me know something ASAP. {edited for privacy}. I'm trying to get in there immediately, thanx.

James, you need to go the the Amerigroup website and call psychiatrists that are listed. You also need to be aware that most of the drs that are listed do not take Medicaid Only, they take Medicare And Medicaid. It will more than likely take you a while to find psychiatrist that is accepting new patients and who also accepts Medicaid. There is no way of knowing is another dr will prescribe you any particular medications.
