Wysolone, Methotraxate & Folicacid For Psoriatic Arthritis

My Mother aged 55 yrs is suffering from Psoriasis since 7 years and now it has lead to arthritis. after administering a dose of graphitis in homeo, psoriasis has decreased but lead into asthamatic cough. Allopathy doctor has prescribed Methotraxate, Folic Acid & Wysolone. can anybody please advise whether the drugs can be used ?? Presently she is unable to walk due to swelling in Knee & Ankles. Your generous advice will help one life live for extended years and reduced pain.
