Worried No Period

I have Been on tri-sprintec for about three weeks and I havent had a period yet. Should I be worried? I also havE been spotting for about 4 days now I have taken two pregnancy test abd they have both been negative should I be worried? Or is it just my body adjusting to the pill?

You shouldn't get your period, until the last week of pills, which don't have active hormones in them.

And yes, spotting could be due to your body adjusting to them, but you should consult you doctor to be certain.
