body twitches. shaking hands, tremors. headaches. only on coveram 5mg. for 5 days. don't like it, want to change.

Those are not normal side effects, as listed by the FDA, they typical include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

Have you consulted your doctor? There are other options available that you can try.
