Working Out And Weight Training While On Warfarin
UpdatedWondering if there are any restrictions on working out and weight training while on Warfarin? My doctor suggested not lifting more than 50 lbs. I just want to get toned and lose the flab.

If your doctor didn't give you any other restrictions, then you should be fine, but you should always follow their instructions for your safety.
Warfarin may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and dizziness.
Is there anything I can help with?
