Wo Or Ow 650 Imprint Cream Colored Pill

Found this cream colored pill in my sons room it has a wo or a ow on one side depending which way your looking at it and a 650 on the back. What is it?

The imprint O - M one one side 650 on the other is Ultracet which contains 325 mg Acetaminophen + 37.5 mg Tramadol. You can see a picture here. Hope this helps!

That is correct, this tablet was manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and they do list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it is an analgesic. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued.

O-M 650 oval yellow pill
