Found a oval between brown and maroon clolour tablet in my partners car with the capital letter WL 85 stamp on it, can u tell me please what is that tablet for. thanks

WL 85 is Benylin's cold and sinus medicine.

I found one on my doorstep this morning it looks pretty worn out but you can still make out WL 85, It's pretty weird people just finding these haha
