I had a nightly routine for sleep that worked very well until adding dilaudid.My husband would wake me telling me I was screaming in my sleep, I have not had nightmares just a lot of chatter that last night caused a terrible fight this has not happened before I started dilaudid and baclofen, so which is the villian

I am not a doctor, but I have to say that the best guess would be the Dilaudid, if it was the one most recently added. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Many of these medications can cause odd, vivid dreaming.

Why did your chatter cause a terrible fight? Do you have any idea what you were saying?

I've had this occur, before, and my husband just woke me up, he cuddled me and told me what I was doing, and that was the end of it.

We have no control over our dreams, so sometimes, we have to allow for such odd things to happen.
