As in weight loss, you lose the weight, but still have the bad eating habits!!!
Pursue psychological counseling and/or self-help ie book by Berkowitz, HOW TO BE YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND, by Covey 7 HABITS OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE PEOPLE; and the list goes on and on ; self actualization concepts ie Maslow's Heirachy of Needs. Work on the SOURCE of the problem. YOU MUST TRY TO DEAL WITH CHARACTER DEFECTS FOR YOUR WHOLE LIFE. don't ever give up. . A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE. wean and heal. God Bless
