looking for pros and cons for interactions with coumadin

Generally, the FDA warns against combining them, imbibing can increase your risk of severe bleeding, and may also worsen other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, and headache.

Very active for 40+yrs,retired and became tremendosly active @ 200miles/month + 1-2 hours of weight lifting.
Suddenly found myself with emergency heart Surgery,(10.5hrs) due to actual ruptured heart that Dr. have lableled a Miracle that I survived.
Now have l been placed on Coumadin, with pro and con advise for continued wine consumption.

Looking for pro and con experiences with patients and this medication with wine consumption.smkimbrell
