I have a drug test tommorow,and i am prescribed vicodin,but u ran out and i bought some ,5mg percocet,will that show up the same as vicodin

Yes, Vicodin contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, this is a narcotic, opiate.

Thank you, I was wondering will if they will show up as the same thing. Its ok if they show up, but I wondered if they will see them as two different meds or the same one?

I am perscribed percocet for pain. I ran out and was in pain and my grandmother gave me a few of her vicodins to take until I got my refill. They are the same dose. I wish I hadd never taken them. I was just in pain and they are almost the same thing. Now my doctor want to do a physical and I am worried that vicodin will show up. I dont want him to think that I am missusing medication. I dont know what to do. Will they show up the same or different?

The test is going to be for opiates - so if you are prescribed the one it will be fine.

For the others, if you have a scrip and you UA for work they may check with your pharm to see if you have a legit scrip but do not report it to your work for a basic 5 test. Something to do with HIPPA

I have a Rx for methadone. I took a Vicodin and part of a percocet, yesterday. Took a UA today at about 2p. Drank lots and lots of water. Will they all show up as the same thing? And what are they, Opiates?

No hydrocodone will not show up on a standard five panel drug test its not a standard opiate its a opiode breaks dow diffrently but the more in depth lab tests will show it.

The only thing that would show up on a drug test would be the Hydrocodone, so they will show up as the same thing.

I have taken vicodan for 13 years almost daily started trying to wean myself off of it i have managed to not have any for ten days no withdraw symptons at all!! If I take drug urine test now will it still show up?
