No. Prilosec is not going to show up as anything. Theres no way possible as it is an acid reducer...nothing in it can show up positive for any drug.

It actually can cause a false positive for THC on a urine drug screen, even the package insert from the manufacture indicates it can cause false positives for THC, marijuana. They would generally then send it for further testing if that was the case though to rule out a "false positive" with a more sophisticated test.
