Will Prazosin Cause A False Positive For Opiates

Recently I've come up positive for opiates in my system and the medication I take is prazosin, which also interfered and made me negative for Methadone which I take every day. Is it possible for prazosin to cause a false positive for heroin, opiates, excetera?

I'm going crazy, I have not used any drugs and it's coming up in my system as opiate please somebody help me with this all I take is prazosin and from what I can find it does interfere but I just wanted someone else to help I need all the information I can get about this please I'm desperate.
