Will Not Stick

I put it on my back and within one hour it is falling off or sticking to itself.

Hello, Linda! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.

Have you consulted your doctor? They may approve your using some extra medical tape to hold it on.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Lidoderm as being related to its topical use and they may possibly include skin irritation, redness, rash and itching.

My doctor said to try taping the top and bottom. I am unable to use tapes as they take my skin off. I am trying to use paper tape today. It is holding for the most part, but I have to remove it now and will know if I can use it. Some burning and itching so am a little scared.
