Fentanyl is a very potent narcotic opiate, so it should show up as one.
Most standard tests do not look for the precise drug, just the drug class. However, if they test for the specific ones, it should show up.
However, there have been many posts recently from people who have had their medications now showing up, this leads me to wonder if there are some bad tests out there.
You said you have already had some tests where it did not show up?
