Will D-amphetamine 10mg Twice A Day Cause My Baby To Have Fits

My grand baby is taking this and has been on it for almost two months. She has started having major fits, will kick, hit and scream. She is five.

This medication is a stimulant, so it can cause nervousness and irritability as side effects, according to the FDA.

Has her doctor been informed? It might not be the right medication for her to take.

Why was she put it on it at only 5 years old?
