UpdatedWill Fentanly show up on a urine screen at the pain clinic? They used Fentanly to sedate me for a procedure and then I had to give a urine screen.

Just take your record showing what drug or drugs you were given for sedation or pain by an actual doctor's order and they can't say anything.
It is an opiate narcotic, so yes, it will most likely show up, so it would be best to disclose that you were given it, and produce the medical records showing why it was given.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
Have you received any results, yet?
