Why Would My Butrans Patch Or Any Of My Pills Not Show Up On A Urine Drug Test

i wear my patch at all times and change it every tuesday as directed, talk all my meds at directed but yet for the last 2 urine test no drugs have showed in my system my doctor know i wear them and has seen them on me and knows i take my pills as well but says we got to get this figured before ins. makes her stop giving my my scripts for this she says she will do a blood work up if this is negative but i would still like to know why it would be negative.thank you for any help you give.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. What do i do? What kind of dr do o need to see about absorption issues?
