i have been on pain meds since ive had 5 spinal surgeries alot of screws plates fushion cages lumbar and cervical problems a yr ago was hit by a driver and have alot of nerve damage more herniations and i canot get the breakthrew meds at all roxicodone 30mg any where its people like me who really need the meds never ever abused meds never took street drugs ever in my life and now im suffering so much

Are you saying the prescribe nothing to you for breakthrough pain? That's horrible!
The main issue with getting such medications is due to how often they are stolen and diverted, plus the increasing rates of abuse. They are very strictly controlled now, to try to prevent such things from happening.
