@Samo,

One theory I had in regards to the thread question/title is that certain side effects could potentially be attributed to the variations of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) different manufacturers use in the composition of each tablet. Many ingredients I researched are generally regarded as safe, but others including dyes, still remain questionable for our health and well being.

However, another thought as to why Hydrocodone could be making you sick, but not Oxycodone - is that if you're body is used to having a stronger narcotic like Oxycodone, then abruptly switching over to something much weaker in essence (such as Hydrocodone) is bound to bring about an onset of withdrawal-like symptoms.

I don't know what your specific case may be like, but hopefully the couple points I touched on can help bring reasoning to your question.

And as to "Hysingla ER" (Hydrocodone Bitartrate Extended-release), have you noticed any differences in efficacy between it and Zohydro ER (which also contains: Hydrocodone Bitartrate Extended-release)?

Thanks and I hope this helps!
