They don't contain it, that's the chemical salt they're derived from, you'll see it frequently on many medications, Fluoxetine Hydrochloride is the active ingredient in Prozac, but it is still just one ingredient, not two.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of most antidepressants as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
