Why Cortilone 400 Is Given

I am sufering from bad cough from few months ago first dr told me to do ct. Due to some problem i had to change my dr new dr prescribed me some new medicine like cortilone 400 asthaline seroflo rotacaps 250mg

My mother is suffering from asthma with cough. Dr. Reffers to use v pap, oxygen, nebulizer with using omez,seroflo,tiova,asthalin.Now she is more suffering asthma. please advise me about it.
