Hi Denise,
The presence of hepatitis C affecting your levels could be one theory, depending on the health of your liver. According scholarspace.jccc.edu, both Adderall XR and IR are metabolized through the liver, and from what I could gather, nih.gov also indicates that hepatitis C can result in liver damage (decreased liver function). So putting two and two together, this leads me to believe that liver simply isn't metabolizing the Adderall as quickly; potentially causing it to accumulate with frequent dosing.
However, I'd still be interested to hear feedback from other individuals who may going through something similar.
