Why Ecosprin 75 Is Used After Dbt Problem

Hi, my elder sister is taking ecosprin 75. she had suffered from DBT( deep vain thombosis) one years ago. doctor advised to take a ecosprin 75 each day .now report of DBT rest is well . but she feels too much pain of her left leg where it happened. she has got married. to take ecosprin 75 is good for health. she feels depression .kindly suggest me is it wrong or right treatment going.
