Whole Pill Virus Half A Pill

hydrocodone-apap 7.5 325 Is the 7.5 hydrocodone on one side of the pill and the 325 acetaminophen on the other? Can I take half a pill if I chose to or do I need to take a whole pill?

No, that's not the way it works, both medications are equally distributed throughout the tablet.

And yes, you can cut them in half, if necessary unless your doctor or pharmacist has given you some specific reason that you shouldn't do so.
