Erythromycin is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of infections.
In regards to using it with the Warfarin, it can be done, but the doctor must carefully consider the dosage, because it can increase the blood thinning effect of the Warfarin.

As to the blood pressure medications, I can't really answer that, without knowing what they are.
Is her doctor and pharmacy aware of everything that she is taking?
