I found a white oval shaped thing with specks of red in my cat food. Is this just hard mold with red dots or is someone trying to poison my Kitty cat with Vicodin?

I'm sorry to hear about the substance you found in your cat's food. Unfortunately, I can't accurately identify the substance you found unless there is an imprint. Based on the description you provided, it's very likely that the substance is Vicodin.
To be safe, I would completely dispose of your cat's food. It's sad that there are people in this world who would intentionally harm someone else's pet! You may want to keep your cat's food in a different spot (where no one can tamper with it), just in case someone is trying to inflict harm on him/her.
