wi was told it was a vicodin but it has blue spots what dose that mean

What are the markings on the tablet?

Is it UCB 902 or UCB 903?

There are VIcodin tablets with these markings.

The blue spots don't mean anything, just the way the manufacturer decided to make the tablet.

There is also a 3594 V that has blue specks and one with the marking A 345.
