This is a generic Vicodin, size doesn't mean anything, that is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer.

This one contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone.

This is an addictive, narcotic analgesic.

Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth and constipation.
