Can you tell me what it's for? I'm trying to get my pills together or throw them away if I can't identify them. Also I have a tiny white pill 278 on the one side and looks like 91 on other side. your help would be a life saver. I am 65 years of age with multiple myloma and lupus and i live alone. My children live in georgia, so i don't ask for help as they have to live their own life. I am afraid to take a pill if i don't know what it is. The one marking is actually L612. It's manufactured by Perrigo and they list it as containing 10mgs of Loratadine. The FDA classifies this medication as an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat or prevent allergies. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
The other is actually IG 278, it's manufactured by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Topiramate. It is an anticonvulsant that is also sometimes used to prevent migraines. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and weight gain.
