Hi juanita,

I was able to locate a white round pill with a "V" on it to be identified as Edluar (zolpidem) 5 mg; used in the treatment of insomnia and belongs to the drug class miscellaneous anxiolytics, sedatives and hypnotics.

At the same time I haven't been able to find a photo of this pill to confirm that it's description matches yours completely.
