What medication were you supposed to receive?

This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 100mgs of Losartan and 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide.

The FDA lists this as being most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, increased urination and hypotension.
