The marking on this tablet is intended to be SZ 906, though I can see how easy it would be to look at it upside down and think it was ZS.

It contains 10mg of Cetirizine, a generic or store brand of Zyrtec, which is available over the counter and is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergies.
