Can anyone help me identify a white round tablet with reddish specks, that only has "IBU" printed on one side & nothing else?

I have recently found bag with adipex along with a worn out round white with red specks or dots, if there had been a score or imprint it is no longer there. The same kind of pill was cut into quarters already amongst them all.
This is incredibly important and need to know the potential danger my child may be dealing with through mixing etc... Thank you in advance.
