I found other comments from different discussion threads also asking about a round white pill with an N inside of a house-shaped pentagon. One person who claimed to have identified it determined that the manufacturer/distributor was reported to be Chattem Consumer Products, a subdivision of Procter & Gamble.
Although only the difference on their pill was that it also had 325 imprinted on one side and the N inside a pentagon on the other. This was identified as a 325mg Acetaminophen tablet; so perhaps yours may be an over-the-counter pill as well.
Not having any other markings outside of the strange logo still makes it a mystery, but at least we can be sure of who makes it.
Maybe you could try and find a way to contact the manufacturer directly regarding this inquiry?
