White Round Pill With 54 420

This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. It is also white but has the number 54 on the top and 420 on the bottom of it all on one side if the pill the other side is just plain white, and nothing is circled on it ,it is called mercaptopurine 50mg , you do not want to take this pill thinking its ibuprophen you might experience some strange side effects such as dizziness, nausiousness, and sometimes head aches that can turn into migraines.

Hey Carma king,

I'm a little puzzled by your description where you mentioned that the white round pill with "420" circled was "NOT" ibuprofen; as my findings from Kaiser Permanente suggest that it "IS" in fact a 200mg Ibuprofen. Please excuse me though if you meant to say otherwise as I could've misinterpreted what you were trying to get at.

I also looked up the other one marked "54 420" and noticed that some images of the pill are representing it as being "yellow", while others show "white". It's still a 50mg mercaptopurine none the less, but wanted to point that out in case anyone else was also wondering about it. You can see the photographs by running a quick google image search on "pill 54 420".

At any rate, it's clear that each of the medications mentioned above have a completely different marking and shouldn't pose much of a resemblance to one another when it comes to comparing the logo/imprints on each tablet.
