White Round Pill With 54 411

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help

Hi Dan,

From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria.

Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect.

One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is reported to be Roxane Labs. So if we can't locate a definitive match I would recommend contacting them directly for more specific details at: 1-800-962-8364
