I believe the marking you're looking at is actually TCL 272. This tablet is manufactured by Time Cap Laboratories and they list it as containing 400mgs of Guaifenesin, which is an expectorant most commonly used to treat cold symptoms.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
