I've located some similar comments about it being a generic for Adderall, but I cannot find this listed in any of our prescription drug resources to confirm this.

Was it found or obtained in the U.S. or from elsewhere?

This is Ritalin. Probably 10mg. Like Adderall, Ritalin treats ADHD and has similar effects and side effects.
