There is a tablet with M 19 on it that is manufactured by Centric Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 10mgs of Methimazole, it's sold under the name brand Northyx. It is used to treat overactive thyroid.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes and joint pain.
