The one with the M over 2 is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and they list it as containing 50mgs of Metoprolol. The FDA classifies this medication as a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypertension.
As to one without any markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, but it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
