The 5mg Enalapril tablet manufactured by Wockhardt actually has a W over the 924 on a round, white tablet. The FDA classifies it as an ACE inhibitor and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

While the 8mg Buprenorphine tablet manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals has an M over 924 on a round, white tablet. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction. It carries the risk of being habit forming and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth.
