White Round Pill From Puerto Rico 20 Scored

I was given this pill and told it was from puerto rico when visiting but told me she took it from her niece wwho was getting high from it. its not tiny but a small white round pill thats scored on 1 side aand 20 on the other.

I don't know if this pill could be related, but from what I'm finding online the closest match is a white round pill with "10" on one side and scored on the other; just like how you described it. I was initially thinking that they might be the same drug with a lesser dosage, but this particular pill I came across is made here in the US.

It's identified as a 10mg Hyoscyamine sulfate tablet, used for GI tract disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and other related conditions. I noticed that they also make a 20mg version as well, but have yet to find a photograph representing what it looks like.

I also don't think it's the type of medication someone can feel "high" on, especially if they are into abusing drugs. But it's something I'd still look into as a possibility given the similar markings.
