White Round Pill Cl 206

Blank on one side. CL 206 imprinted on the other. With a line between CL and 206. Never taken this pill and someone gave me it telling me it would ease pain. What are the chemicals in this pill and what is it used for? More importantly, is this pill even safe?

This tablet is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 650mgs (10grains) of Sodium Bicarbonate, it is an antacid.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and flatulence.
