Are you saying there are no markings on the tablet?

If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is, or even if it is made by Mylan.

That company makes both prescription and over the counter items, however, all their prescription products have unique markings on the tablets to enable their identification.

Thus, I am forced to conclude that it is probably an OTC item and there are many such products that meet this description.

Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?

I unfortunately can not ID it for you. However, they are making Narcotics without ANY marking on them to make it harder for us to ID. I had a whole script of NORCO'S , and there was not ONE marking on them.. And they were legit. How that will help poison control if and when needed, I don't know. But it's true! That and they are also sensing over VERY cheap medications from over seas. Good luck!

Can anyone identify a large [3/8"] round white pill that is blank on one side and has a score down the middle of the other side. The pill comes from a Canadian source.

Could be Zepose 10. Contains diazepam 10mg. Usually they have two crossed lines but some have only one.
