I was at the gym when I found a flatish white round pill, blank on one side and blank on the other side besides a single score mark. It's about the size of a large pea.

Hi Vendi,
Because the description of this pill is so broad/vague, I think there's only so much one can do to narrow it down through research alone. On that note, here is a list of other white round pills reportedly bearing a score line on one side with no other markings:
Vitamin C oral tab 500mg
Vitamin B6 oral tab 50mg
Niacin 100mg tab
Melatonin 3mg tab
Counterfeit/Alleged 'Hydrocodone' 10/325 (from Costa Rica)
This might only turn out to be a small list of possibilities at that. So your best bet in my opinion may just be to have its contents analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel in order to pinpoint a specific substance.

My potassium and magnesium pills have no markings other than a score mark. They are both round and white. The only way i can tell the difference is one has a bit of a shine and slightly beveled.
