White Round Pill U 158

A round white pill. One side has a U at the top and underneath it is the number 158. The other side has a line separating the pill in half.

The closest I can find to this tablet is one manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals with the marking U 168, so can you please double check the markings and post back?

They list it as containing 2mgs of Tizanidine, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

In one of my prescriptions, there were almost 20 of the U 158 pills mistakenly added. The U is on top and there is a line underneath it, then the numbers 158. I can’t find anything about it online and all I can find is U 168, which is not what my prescription was supposed to be either. Does anyone know what these pills are? I think I even might have accidentally taken some before I realized the mistake the pharmacy made. I’m worried about interactions with my other med’s since I used up almost half the bottle of my prescription before I noticed the wrong pills mixed in. I’d appreciate any feedback you can give me.
