White Round Pill K 232

I have a white round pill that's big n kinda thick, imprinted only on 1 side - it has a K with an arrow on the K, followed by 232. It's like an inch diameter pill and the side of pill is 1/2 inch.

PDK Labs lists this tablet as containing 5mgs of Phenylephrine, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is available over the counter and is a cold remedy, that can also help with fever, and body aches.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including insomnia, stomach upset, nervousness, and headache.
