White Round Pill 44 148

I have a round white pill that is scored in the middle and has 44 on top and 148 on the bottom. I'm unsure if it is a percocet or not. Can somebody help me?

No, this tablet is an over the counter product that is listed by the NIH as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Tylenol. The tablets that use the 44, followed by 3 additional numbers are all over the counter products, this company does not manufacture any prescription medications.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.
